Rules
Please read these rules, so you can be informed about our conditions applied during your stay.
1) Check-in from 3:PM
2) Check-out until 12:PM
3) If you request Early Check in or Late Check out, the corresponding Fee must be paid. These, in turn, are subject to availability.
4) The Early Check in entry time will be from 10 a.m. (If the hours limit is exceeded, the charge for an additional night will be considered).
5) Late Check Out Hours will be until 5:00 p.m. (If the hours limit is exceeded, the charge for an additional night will be considered).
6) Visitors are not allowed inside the rooms.
7) The entry of alcohol and illicit substances is not permitted.
8) To request a Company Invoice, you must provide the relevant information at the Reception. This will be sent in no more than 24 hours.
9) The entry of any type of weapon is not allowed.
10) Keep quiet after 10:PM
11) No smoking inside the rooms and common areas – only allowed in the patio.
12) Respect common areas and physical distancing.
13) Pets are prohibited.
14) The reservation will be paid at the time of registration (Check in). Important: In case of non-compliance with the rules, it may be decided: not to extend the reservation, reserve the right of future admission and/or expel from the Hotel.
15) In the case of personal items of high commercial value and electronic items, the passenger must always maintain custody of these and use the safe, since the hotel will only compensate losses due to verifiable theft that occurred in our facilities (rooms or safe) for a total of $300.00 USD maximum per person in demonstrable assets. Theft in common areas or outside the Hotel is excluded. Please do not leave valuables in the car when using the hotel parking lot.
